• Flexible Event Durations: Rentals range from 4 to 12 hours, allowing you to tailor your event to your needs.
• Weekday Rates (Sunday-Thursday): $125 per hour
• Weekend Rates (Friday & Saturday): $150 per hour

Save on Extended Rentals: Enjoy a 10% discount on bookings of 8 hours or more! Maximize your time at Little House and create lasting memories.

Payment:

• For reservations made 30 days or more in advance, payment is due in full 30 days before your event.
• For last-minute bookings made within 30 days of your event, full payment is due at the time of scheduling.

For your flexibility:

• Personal or Corporate Checks: Made payable to C & C Properties.  Please allow ample processing time for checks.
• Credit Card Processing: Utilize the convenience of Stripe, our secure credit card processor. Stripe accepts major credit card brands including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

Please note:  Stripe Credit Card Payments are conducted through C and C Properties parent company, ORA Systems, Inc.

Reservation Flexibility:

We understand that plans can change. Here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience:

• Full Refund: Receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking your event at Little House.
• Event Credit: For cancellations made beyond the 48-hour window, we are happy to offer a credit for a future booking, subject to availability. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Additional Considerations

• To ensure fairness for all our clients, any changes to your event date or time within 30 days of your booking will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
• We highly recommend consideration of event cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your event entirely.
